One Destiny was formed in April 1985 by Dennis Gregory and Iain "Spy“ Austin. PauI Lawrence and Derek Bryan joined them some months later. They recorded their first single in 0ctober 1986, "No Regrets“ which was released on the Greensleeves “UK Bubblers" record label.

 

In 1987 they released two further Singles "Summer’s Here With You" and "Treasure“. Both were released on Sound City records label.

 

Iain left the group in 1988 to pursue his own career.

Between 1988 and 1990 they released a further singles, produced by Anthony Brightly and released on his record label "Sir George". Two of the songs, "Do You Ever Think About Me" and "0nce You Fall In Love" were major hit in the reggae charts.

 

One Destiny wrote and produced the single's “Where Did We Go Wrong" and “Let Your Love Flow” with the legendary AJ Franklin for the Silver Edqe Records Iabel.

The group have made numerous public appearances throughout the United Kingdom over the years and have been a very popular group in much demand.

The group  has not released any singles of late but have remained firm friends and retained their interest in music, writing and sharing their material with interested listeners
